In 2019 the Michelin Guide awarded Ursus and chef Clément Bouvier with a Michelin star.

Ursus offers 12 tables and 45 seats for a more unique and exclusive feel set amongst nearly 400 real fir trees. With a foliage canvas ceiling and woodland style trails running between the tables, it's a truly unique dining experience.
