- "We visited Val Claret for a long weekend of early season skiing on the glacier. Hotel was easy to find and very welcoming. The owner was very pleasant and helpful and check in was quick and easy
Room very clean and very functional nice bathroom with shower and good sized bath. Easy access to funicular and walk to restaurants and bars 1-2 mins" - Trip Advisor - "A great place to stay in Tignes. The hotel is right in the heart of the village, handy for bars, restaurants, shops and ski hire and yet was very peaceful. We had a prestige room, which was comfortable, an excellent size, all well presented and everything working as it should. Breakfast provided a very good choice. The owner and staff were always very friendly and polite. We could ski from across the road down to the main lift area, or the Tufs chair lift was a 30 metre walk further uphill, so very nearly door-to-door. After skiing, the spa area (hot tub, steam room and sauna) was a great place to relax." - Trip Advisor
- "We spent a week here in mid-April, and found the convenience of the hotel wonderful, as well as it's boutique designer style. The room was small, but efficiently and delightfully designed. The restaurant was intimate, the food delightful, especially the seafood buffet. Very fresh and varied seafood, lovely buffet design. The bar was a joy to relax in and enjoy an aperitif in front of the fire. The staff couldn't have been more friendly." - Trip Advisor
