This charming hotel is located in the picturesque village of Tignes-les-Brévières, approximately 3 minute walk from the slopes and the nearest ski lift. The hotel stands out for its casual ambience, friendly service and excellent cuisine. Under Dutch management, the hotel has been completely refreshed, whilst the friendly home from home atmosphere has been preserved.
The rustic interior uses wood and light furnishings to create clean and welcoming rooms. All of the bedrooms are spacious and have en-suite facilities and copious amounts of hot water. Some of the rooms also have a balcony with fantastic views out over resort.
After a day on the mountain, guests can enjoy the hotel's sauna and outdoor jacuzzi. The perfect way to relax and unwind as well as a good way to soothe any aches and pains from the day's activities. The hotel also has a lounge area around reception where there is free WiFi available as well as phone and fax facilities.
A real advantage of this hotel is that the owners are super friendly and happy to do ski safaris and show you around the vast Espace Killy ski domain. The hotel is also open in the summer for those looking for hiking and mountain biking holidays.
Worth knowing
This hotel is a great option for half term ski holiday as their clientele are predominately Dutch and therefore it is not a peak week for them and prices remain relatively low.
